Recipient.cc for adidas Boost

Recipient.cc, for the Italian launch of adidas Boost, has created a projection mapped onto the Pirelli skyscraper, historic symbol of Milan.
The 9000 square meters of the facade have come to life, resulting in a show of monumental proportions.
The building was shaken by vibrations of energy, bent, broken, torn, and even brought down.
A projection of this scale is unprecedented in Italy.
The mapping of Recipient.cc is composed of three parts.
At the beginning, for about 2 hours, on the building have been projected, in real time, tweets and instagram images shared by users.
During the second part the projections have accompanied the Vertical Run by German champion Thomas Dold that, in less than 4 minutes, climbed the 31 flights of stairs of the skyscraper using new technology Boost by adidas.
At the end of the race the last phase of the show has been presented: the Architectural Mapping.
The spectators were able to experience the mesmerising vision of a skyscraper 120 meters high that flexes, twists, re-creates and destroys.
For the first time new techniques have been used for broadcasting and innovative technologies that have made possible to enhance and diversify the individual parts of the show, thanks to the professionalism of the elements of the collective and all the technical apparatus an impressive system of screening has been realised: 9,000 square meters of covered area, 12 HD projectors to 20,000 ANSI lumens each and streaming audio \ video in real time over the network
